Returns: For stock items, if goods have been ordered in error, we can usually agree to take the goods back providing they are in a re- saleable condition along with the original packaging, and you notify us within 3 days of receipt of the goods. A collection and restocking charge may be applied. However, we cannot normally accept the return of goods that have been correctly made to order, or delivered directly from themanufacturer e.g. furniture items. 8.
