We guarantee stock products will be delivered within 48 hours of order, but orders placed before noon for stock lines will be despatched for delivery during the next working day. Orders placed after noon – if your order is urgent, call the Sales Office first as we will always do our best to accommodate urgent requirements.

North East England – orders over £100 are carriage paid, for smaller orders please add £7.95 carriage. Rest of UK Mainland – orders over £350 are carriage paid, for smaller orders please add £9.95 carriage. Alternatively, stocked goods can be made available for collection from our warehouse. We are unable to ship to Ireland or other countries at the current time.
Yes, no problem. Discuss this with the Sales Office when placing your orders. Provided the orders can be packed and despatched as one shipment, we can issue an invoice for each departmental order separately.

For account customers, standard payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. Non-account customers will need to do proforma payment before goods are despatched.
