Collections

Yes, stock products and smaller furniture items can be collected by arrangement with our Sales Office. However, please ring first to ensure goods are ready for you.

Specific delivery

We will always try to accommodate the needs of our clients. Goods are usually despatched on a 24 hour service, but special services can be arranged at a small additional cost. Please contact the Sales Office to discuss your specific needs.

Accounts

Our special Education & Local Authority terms only apply to Schools, Academies, Colleges, Nurseries, Tuition Centres & other bona fide Educational Establishments, or Local Government Organisations.

Placing an order

However, if anything is not totally clear, we are here to discuss and advise on your requirements, and a quick phone call first may save time or disappointment later.

Order Times

We guarantee stock products will be delivered within 48 hours of order, but orders placed before noon for stock lines will be despatched for delivery during the next working day. Orders placed after noon – if your order is urgent, call the Sales Office first as we will always do our best to accommodate urgent requirements.

VAT

No, all catalogue prices are shown excluding VAT.

carriage charge

North East England – orders over £95 are carriage paid, for smaller orders please add £6.95 carriage. Rest of UK Mainland – orders over £300 are carriage paid, for smaller orders please add £8.95 carriage. Alternatively, stocked goods can be made available for collection from our warehouse.

Combined orders

Yes, no problem. Discuss this with the Sales Office when placing your orders. Provided the orders can be packed and despatched as one shipment, we can issue an invoice for each departmental order separately.

Card payments

Yes, we accept most major debit & credit cards.

BACS

Yes. Payment details will be shown on the invoice. Please just email a remittance advice to [email protected] so we can allocate your payment.

Payment terms

For account customers, standard payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. Non-account customers will need to do proforma payment before goods are despatched.
